A refuge in the storm

Tornado in Oklahoma (AP/ Shelby Barrow via weather.com)

“God is our refuge and strength,

an ever present help in trouble.

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way

and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

though its waters roar and foam

and the mountains quake with their surging.”

Psalm 46:1-2

Praying for my sister and family in Poplar Bluff, Mo today. Please pray for them also.

And if you are looking for ways to help those in Joplin, MO or in other areas that have been destroyed by tornadoes, this website has many links to various organizations such as the Red Cross and Salvation Army where you can donate for disaster relief.

Thank you!
